In this immersive experience, you and your partner will create a visually stunning charcuterie board using premium, specialty meats and cheeses sourced with a focus on organic, small-batch, and responsibly produced ingredients. While not 100% organic, this is not your average grocery store board. These are chef-selected imports and artisan products, styled and plated with intention.
Jean will guide couples through professional techniques such as shaping elegant charcuterie roses and arranging components using color, texture, and design principles—resulting in a gourmet board as beautiful as it is delicious.
Each couple will work together and take home their food-safe cedar charcuterie board (included in the price), making this a lasting experience you’ll want to recreate again and again.
