Join us for a dynamic Baby & Me class designed by a Master’s-level Special Education and Early Intervention Specialist with direct instruction methods. This unique experience goes beyond typical baby and me classes, offering guided parent-child interaction and expert insights on supporting your child’s early development. Each session integrates music, sensory play, and purposeful exploration, with a focus on early intervention techniques to foster your child’s growth.

You’ll receive direct instruction on how to engage with your little one, building stronger connections through play while encouraging key developmental milestones.

✅ Get Ready! (10-15 min)

• Kick off with a lively hello song incorporating music, movement, and playful gestures.
• Enjoy an interactive story where parents help bring the tale to life through prompts and actions.
• Sing along to fingerplays and themed songs that promote fine motor skills and language development.

✅ Get Set! (10-15 min)

• Dive into a hands-on sensory activity designed for shared exploration:
  • Cheerio/Cereal Play: Scoop, pour, and explore textures.
  • Instrument Jam: Shake, tap, and create rhythms together.
  • Edible Sand Play: Safe, sensory fun with a sprinkle of creativity.
  • Soft Play or Sensory Bins: Age-appropriate, guided sensory exploration.
• Parents receive coaching tips on how to model, scaffold, and extend their child’s play experience using early intervention techniques.

• Enjoy free play with guided direction, where you and your child engage in meaningful interactions.

Designed for little adventurers aged crawling to 3 years, this class focuses on developing fundamental movement skills through fun, parent-guided activities. Babies and toddlers will explore safe, age-appropriate movement like rolling, balancing, and reaching, all while building coordination, flexibility, and confidence. In a supportive, engaging environment, our experienced instructors create games and obstacles that encourage creative movement and interaction with parents.

Introducing our exciting Parkour class for toddlers! Designed for little adventurers aged 2 to 4, this class focuses on developing fundamental movement skills through fun and engaging activities. Toddlers will explore jumping, climbing, rolling, and balancing in a safe and supportive environment, all while enhancing their coordination, flexibility, and confidence. Our experienced instructors use age-appropriate obstacles and games to encourage exploration and creativity, helping your child discover the joy of movement.

In this 4-week program, children will meet for 40 minutes and
be introduced to mindfulness through theater, storytelling and
crafts. Children will explore various breathing exercises, guided imagery and movement games.

Mindfulness is paying attention with kindness and patience to
what’s going on in the moment, whether it’s the sound of your
breath, the feeling in your toes, or the world around you. It’s a
superpower that helps you stay calm and focused and
appreciate the magic in each moment. It helps us all take a
peaceful pause.

Classes are designed to provide ongoing enrichment and learning opportunities in a dynamic four-week cycle. Each session welcomes both new and returning students, ensuring a fresh and engaging experience for everyone.

Get ready to jump, climb, and conquer in this high-energy Parkour Class designed for kids aged 5-12! This action-packed program focuses on movement, agility, and body control through fun and challenging obstacle courses. Kids will develop fast reaction times, improve coordination, and build strength and confidence as they learn to navigate their environment with creativity and skill. The class also includes sensory games to enhance focus, balance, and spatial awareness, making it a perfect blend of physical fitness and mental sharpness. Whether your child is a natural daredevil or just looking to boost their athletic skills, this class offers a safe and exciting way to unleash their inner ninja!

Each session includes a craft, and girls are welcome to bring games or personal projects they’re working on at home. It’s a place to relax, hang out, and connect with other homeschool girls their age. Parents are welcome to stay or drop off.
