Who benefits from Altered Course’s in-person classes?


Altered Course welcomes learners ranging from “mommy and me” to 18 years old, with each class listing indicating the appropriate age range. It caters to children and teens across various schooling arrangements, including traditional schooling, homeschooling, and other educational approaches.

All educators interested in teaching at Altered Course must complete an application detailing their professional background and educational qualifications. Our team thoroughly assesses each application to ensure that educators possess teaching experience, subject expertise, or a profound passion for sharing knowledge with learners. Additionally, we verify that teachers possess the necessary technical skills to conduct successful in-person classes. Once approved, teachers benefit from ongoing professional development opportunities.

When creating a new class, teachers must submit their class listing for approval. To be featured on the Altered Course website, classes must adhere to our standards regarding unique content, defined learning objectives, teacher expertise, class experience, and more.

What measures are taken to guarantee safety during classes?
